Hi every body.
My name is Le, I'm 22 years old. I have just graduated in Accounting majoring 3 months ago. I liked to become an internal audit since I was a student of the third year at UEH . Now I am working in Binh Duong province as an Internal auditor.
I seldom speak English. When I need to write or speak English, I always think I will be wrong and I am afraid I will make mistakes.
Because of the mind I am bad in English, I never apply for any foreign companies. But 5 months ago, a Singapore Company in VISIP looked for a candidate for internal auditor position, I was very very interesting in this position, so I sent my CV to apply. when I prepared for the interview in this company, I practiced to talk fluently and my older sister helped me to do this. She said "You speak like a duck sings" &&&%$R. My younger sister also laughed at me when we made a trial interview each other. hichic !
I was interviewed by a Vietnamese HR staff and a Philippines manager. I could listen and answer all questions of Vietnamese but it is difficult for me to listen clearly what Philippines has asked to answer. I remember she had asked me 3 times for the expect salary question to get my answer. The result is I was out but the lesson I got was "Speak English is not really scary".

My second is when I was interviewed for my present job in a Singapore company too. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself in English. It is not so difficult for me because I have prepared it. After I did, what do you think what he talked to me? **~** He said "you speak not good, I think the Englishman only understand a few words that you are saying..............................%#^#$......But I like you because of your confidence and nature. For this position, English is not important but it is an advantage ". He recommend me to practice for the standard pronunciation.

In my work, I often use www.Hellochao.vn to translate my reports. Sometimes, I write email to my leader, it's very short, but I fell very hard. I always use Google to find all the guide relate with the structures which I write to check and make sure all are right. So I spend many time for a short email.

I realize that my English skill is very very bad in both speak and write. It makes me fell unsure in work. Now, I really want to improve my English skill....I hope I can speak English fluently and confidently.......
Let's practice and improve this!
The sentence I must remember in my mind to learn English well is "Don't be afraid of making mistakes". If English is not good We will lose many opportunities.
Try now!

How about you?

(If there are any mistakes in my writting, please show me! Thanks!)

Because I am being in my company and my computer hasn't accessories for listening and speaking so I only type. I join this topic in free time when I am waiting my excel programme running. It runs very very slow and the hourglass is frequent in along time (about 5-20minutes for an action) -+*/ .

It takes me about 30minutes to write this assay. I also use Hellochao to check some words I'm not sure.

Yes, he should practice with you, because you speak very fluently! If anyone who wants to improve speaking and listening skill, should call or chat voice with you!
Hi Mr Nghia. The way you use English tells me that your English must be very good. It's a pleasure to have chance to practise with you in order to get more experience from you.

I can speak with you or anyone, just for practicing my English. But you should know that my idiolect (vocabulary) is very poor. Call me for improving each other.

thấy mấy anh chị speaking E mà e nổi da gà hết trơn hết trội ak (là do e admire đó chứ ko phải chê đâu). E rất thích speaking E ma ko ai nói với e hết, mà tại e cũng gà môn này lắm, chả biết sao nữa, ai có cách gì chỉ e, e hậu tạ nhiệt tình luôn.

I used to love speaking English but I didnot have any chance to practise so I had to talk to the person in the mirror.
