Tiếp tục chuyện nực cười hôm bữa của tên IT:
Sáng nay nhận được cái mail hắn viết cho Kenneth, IT khu vực châu Á (là người Sing). Hắn CC cho cả mình:
Dear Kenneth,
The origin is the below. I tried to give them most conveniences while using Yahoo, Skype and ofcourse I have to work hard for ensuing that their system is most protected as Yahoo and Skype is offten carry in the virus/spy/malware/rootkit, etc ... One of the improving is upgrade the verion for these one and surely I dont need to do that "stupid" action if I like.
But my honest was coming back with a very urgly actions or maybe the one cant understand English.
But anyway, we have to follow up IT police by removing Yahoo and Skype.
Hope it shows more clearly.
Và mình, hôm trước đã viết cho sếp cái mail (đính kèm cả mail hắn gửi mình):
Dear Sir,
This is Sarah in SFE department. Could we discuss about this issue?
Last week, I received an email from our IT guy (Edward) about the below issue : He forced me to give him my yahoo, skype, AIM’s password to upgrade yahoo, skype, AIM on my computer for our best system performance. And he told that it’s order from our policies.
I can’t understand how my yahoo, skype, AIM’s password affect that upgrading. It’s my personal information. And it’s impossible that upgrading all those chat browser will make our system better. But our IT guy insist that and take our policies to force me to follow. It’s too unreasonable! Is it from our policies?
Because you are my boss, so I need your idea about this. I hope we can clear this issue. Attached file is the email that Edward sent to me. Pls kindly open to see it. Thanks very much, Sir!
Sếp trả lời :
Thanks Sarah,
Let me check this out... / For sure, DO NOT release your password to any third party !!
I'll get back to you.
Sáng nay, mình lấy mail hắn vừa gửi để đính kèm luôn cho sếp kèm theo vài dòng :
Dear Sir,
How do you think about the email that our IT guy sent to Kenneth in attached file?
He mention the issue that I already forwarded to you. As an IT guy, I couldn’t understand why he can write like that. That’s so stupid! He told that I can’t understand his English. So according to you, how do you understand about his mean in his email? How do you understand about the sentence “…pls call back your yahoo, skype, AIM’s password…”? Sorry Sir! But I feel this issue is so stupid! He just sent email to 5 colleagues (Anna, Katty, Victor, Emma and me) in my room and he told that it’s our IT policies. How about the rest? That sounds unreasonable, Sir!
I don’t care whether he remove those software or not. Because we can contact with customer via telephone and email. I’ve never heard about the policy he mention in email. And he didn’t copy you in that email and just told that’s our policies and we have to obey. That sounds unreasonable, Sir!
I just want to share this to you, my boss.
Sao cái chuyện nực cười này vẫn chưa chấm dứt nhỉ? Mình chẳng muốn quan tâm đến một vấn đề điên khùng như thế này nữa.
Sếp vừa gọi lên để giảng hòa. Ừm! "Take it easy" - I see, Sir! Thanks my boss!
