Insert data in front of each cell in your selection.
For example add "B-" in front of each cell in your selection.
You can specify whether to handle cells as values, formula or text. You can also specify to have hidden cells affected or not.
You can choose to skip empty cells in your selection. There is also a 'reset' button added that will clear the insert before and after values and reset the options to their defaults. Because your previous settings are always remembered this can be handy.

For example add "/B" at the end of each cell in your selection.

Delete leading, trailing and excessive spaces.
Remove all the spaces at the beginning and end of each cell value in your selection and replace repetitive spaces with one.
Excessive means more than one space, for example 'sample 01’ becomes 'sample 01’, it removes extra spaces between two words.
A quick alternative of Excels =TRIM () function.
