A-Tools is an add-in software which runs on Microsoft Excel. A-Tools has the following functions :
1. Share and manage Excel workbooks on the network
Add-in A-Tools allows sharing Excel workbook for multiple users editing on the same spreadsheet on LAN or internet (network). The server can assign rights for each user group are allowed to open any sheet, the data for editing or read-only. Access speed is very fast. Protocol to connect to the server and client is TCP IP, thus Add-in A-Tools is a tool to share Excel spreadsheets over the network is safe and effective.

2. Query data on spreadsheet/worksheet, links variety of database to spreadsheet
Add-in A-Tools can create dynamic reports by using the functions to query the database (DB) with T-SQL language. It also allows users to connect to the internal and external database such as Excel, Access, Foxpro, MS SQL, MySQL and Firebird,... for instance.
The "SQL Builder" helps users to create a query formula (with BS_SQL function) easily and efficiently. Users are able to create highly sophisticated worksheets which are filtered according to various conditions and associated with different data sources. In that way, accuracy, stability and high speed are ensured
