Search/find and/or replace in all sheets at once. Displays all matches in a box which allows you to walk through the results easily. Easy to find text across all sheets. Also has the power to deal with special characters such as line feeds (Alt+Enter), carriage returns and tabs. Tìm và thay thế trong mọi sheets cùng lúc. Thể hiện mọi kết quả tìm kiếm trong 1 Danh sách để bạn dễ dàng chọn.
Tìm dễ dàng mọi chuỗi văn bản. Đồng thời nó có khả năng tìm ra những ký tự đặc biệt như ký tự ngắt dòng (ký tự {lf} tạo bởi Alt + Enter), ký tự ngắt đoạn {cr}, ký tự tab {tab}.

5. ASAP Utilities menu Range » Custom formula error message... Thông báo lỗi theo ý người dùng The custom formula error message makes it easy to display a custom message for formula errors. This means that instead of e.g. #VALUE! You can have your own (more logical) error message displayed. Tiện ích này khiến cho Excel thể hiện báo lỗi trong công thức.theo cách của bạn. Có nghĩa là thay vì hiện #VALUE! bạn sẽ có kết quả khác theo ý muốn.
What it actually does is it builds an =IF(ISERROR()) around it. Say your formula is =VLOOKUP(B3,F1:G11,2,FALSE), but a corresponding value was not found: Let’s say we want in this case the formulas with an error produce the result zero (0) instead of the error. What you can do is build an =IF(ISERROR(old_formula),[value in case of error],old_formula) around it, either manually or with the help of ASAP Utilities. This will replace the original formula with the new error-catching version:
=IF(ISERROR((VLOOKUP(B3,F1:G11,2,FALSE))),0,(VLOOKUP(B3,F1:G11,2,FALSE))) The main advantage of ASAP Utilities in this case is it is easier and quicker to use because you don’t have to type the formula. Plus it can be used in a range of cells with different formulas.
Điều mà ASAP làm là trùmra ngoài công thức 1 hàm bẫy lỗi IF(ISERROR())Giả sử bạn có 1 công thức tìm kiếm =VLOOKUP(B3,F1:G11,2,FALSE),nhưng giá trị B3 lại không được tìm thấy. Chúng ta muốn trong trường hợp này, khi công thức bị lỗi (không tìm thấy – ptm0412), kết quả sẽ là zero thay vì #N/A . Thông thường bạn tạo 1 công thức = IF(ISERROR(công thức cũ),[giá trị nếu lỗi],công thức cũ).
ASAP sẽ tạo tự động cho bạn 1 công thức =IF(ISERROR((VLOOKUP(B3,F1:G11,2,FALSE))),0,(VLOOKUP(B3,F1:G11,2,FALSE))) (giá trị nếu công thức sai có thể tùy chọn ngay trong hộp thoại ASAP, thí dụ bạn gõ vào “Instead of the error display” chuỗi “không tìm thấy” – ptm0412) Sự tiện lợi của ASAP là bạn không phải gõ lại công thức dài ngoằng. Hơn nữa, nó có thể dùng cho 1 vùng chọn có những công thức khác nhau.

6. ASAP Utilities menu Range » Paste special (with combinations)... Paste special có kết hợp điều kiện Paste Special, with multiple options combined, e.g. paste both values AND formatting at the same time. Paste special với nhiều chọn lựa kết hợp như paste cả giá trị và định dạng.
You have to copy your range of cells first (for example with Control+C) By default this utility can be used with the shortcut Control+Alt+Y.

8. ASAP Utilities menu Range » Convert cells value to its formatted look Convert the value or formula in selected cells to the way they are formatted. Chuyển thành giá trị các giá trị hoặc công thức với định dạng sẵn có.
For example cell A1 with the value [=12*2] formatted as [EUR 24,-]
This function will put ['EUR 24,-] in cell A1. Thí dụ cell A1 có giá trị (công thức – ptm0412) [=12*2] định dạng tiền tệ[EUR ##,-], ASAP sẽ chuyển thành ['EUR 24,-]

9. ASAP Utilities menu Range » Copy formulas without changing their references Copy all formulas exactly without changing any references. Copy chính xác mọi công thức mà không bị đổi địa chỉ các cell liên quan có trong công thức.
Normally you have to lock all references with $ if you want to achieve this. Not with this function. Thông thường bạn phải gán địa chỉ tuyệt đối cho cell liên quan có dùng trong công thức, với ASAP thì không.

Move the data in your cells, without the formatting.
Just like the copy and paste as values, but now moving. Cắt (cut) và dán dữ liệu trong cell chỉ với giá trị, không kèm định dạng. Giống như copy và paste value, nhưng là cut và paste value.

11. ASAP Utilities menu Range » Copy multiple selections... Copy multiple selected ranges at once. Something that is normally not possible in Excel. Copy nhiều vùng chọn rời rạc, chuyện mà Excel thông thường không làm được.
If you make multiple selections (using ctrl + selection) and then go to copy, you get the error message "That command cannot be used on multiple selections". With this utility you will be able to copy.
Thông thường nếu bạn chọn nhiều vùng khác nhau bằng cách nhấn giữ Control, bạn sẽ bị thông báo lỗi: “Lệnh copy không thể dùng cho nhiều vùng khác nhau, hãy chọn 1 vùng duy nhất và thực hiện lệnh copy lần nữa”. Nhưng với ASAP, bạn sẽ làm được.

Removes duplicate values in selected cells. This will empty all duplicate values that are found. The first cell containing the duplicated value will keep its value This utility compares the (calculated) values of the cells in your selection. For example a cells with the value 12 is considered the same as a cells with the formula =3*4
