I. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Move or resize selection...

Chọn - Dịch chuyển – Thay đổi kích thước vùng chọn.

Easily move or resize (expand) your selected range of cells

Dịch chuyển và mở rộng vùng chọn dễ dàng

This is very powerful in combination with the conditional select utility. For example if you select a city in column A with conditional select en then have to make all cells in column B bold.

Tiện ích này tỏ ra rất mạnh khi kết hợp với tiện ích chọn lựa có điều kiện. Thí dụ bạn chọn 1 thành phố trong cột A kèm điều kiện, sau đó làm cho mọi cells ở cột B đậm lên.

By default this utility can be used with the shortcut Control+Alt+M.

II. ASAP Utilities menu

Select » Deselect cells... Chọn và bỏ chọn Cells

Something that is normally not possible in Excel is now possible: deselecting a cell or range in your selected range.

Những chuyện tưởng như không thể trong Excel, nay trở thành có thể : bỏ chọn một cell hay một vùng trong 1 vùng chọn lớn hơn

Keep in mind that it might become slow with huge selections, so be careful to use it when you have selected a huge amount of cells (> 10.000). This of course depends on the speed of your computer and the amount of memory.

Hãy nhớ rằng tiện ích này sẽ chạy chậm với vùng chọn cỡ lớn, vậy hãy cẩn thận khi bạn chọn 1 vùng lớn (hơn 10.000 cells). Điều này còn tuỳ thuộc vào tốc độ máy của bạn và kích thước bộ nhớ

By default this utility can be used with the shortcut Control+Alt+D.

III. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Inverse selection... Chọn và đảo ngược vùng chọn

Example screenshot: 1 Before

This will inverse your selection. It will ask you to select a range, and extract your current selection from it. Useful when you want to select a lot except for a few cells. This is a sort of the opposite of the "deselect cells" utility.

Tiện ích này giúp bạn đảo ngược vùng chọn. Nó sẽ yêu cầu bạn chọn 1 vùng, và loại trừ vùng chọn hiện tại ra khỏi vùng đó.

IV. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Merge selected areas - Chọn và nối vùng chọn.

Merge your selected ranges of cells.

Nối kết các vùng chọn thành 1 vùng.

For example when your select cells [A10:A50] and [B10:B50], this tool will make it one selection: [A10:B50]. Sometimes Excel needs one selected range to perform certain actions. This only works if the resulting selection is a solid square range and in that case this utility comes in handy.

Giả sử bạn có 2 vùng chọn A10: A50 và B10:B50, công cụ này giúp bạn tạo 1 vùng chọn A10:B50.

Đôi khi Excel cần 1 vùng chọn để thực thi nhiệm vụ. Việc này chỉ thực hiện khi vùng chọn là 1 vùng thống nhất hình chữ nhật và trong trường hợp đó, công cụ này là hữu ích.

(Excel sẽ báo lỗi nếu bạn chọn vùng không phải là một hình chữ nhật thống nhất như sau : - hình minh hoạ thêm của ptm0412)

Nhưng nếu sử dụng asap-utilities thì vấn đề này sẽ hoàn toàn thực hiện được

V. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Conditional select cells... Chọn >> Chọn cells có điều kiện.

Conditionally select cells based on a certain value or formatting style.

Điều kiện chọn dựa trên 1 giá trị hoặc 1 kiểu định dạng

You can for example select all cells between 50 and 250, all bold cells or all red cells.

Bạn có thể chọn, thí dụ, mọi cells có giá trị trong khoảng 50 và 250, in đậm hoặc có màu đỏ.

By default this utility can be used with the shortcut Control+Alt+O

Phím tắt mặc định cho tiện ích này là Ctrl + Alt + O

Criteria to select by value:

Các điều kiện chọn bằng giá trị

- between, not between, equal to, not equal to, greater than, less than, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, like (text), not like (text), duplicate values, unique values, empty cells, not empty cells, protected cells, unprotected cells, FALSE, TRUE, text length, odd numbers, even numbers, odd rows, even rows, visible cells, hidden value/formula, number (constant), number (formula), number (link to sheet), number (link to file), formula with reference to file, formula with reference to sheet,

Giá trị nằm trong khoảng, bằng với, không bằng, lớn hơn, nhỏ hơn, lớn hơn hoặc bằng, nhỏ hơn hoặc bằng, giống (dùng cho chuỗi text), không giống (text), trùng giá trị, giá trị duy nhất, cells trống, cells không trống, cells bị khoá, cells không bị khóa, giá trị True, giá trị False, độ dài chuỗi, số chẵn, số lẻ, dòng chẵn, dòng lẻ, cells hiển thị, cells bị giấu giá trị, cells giấu công thức, cells chứa giá trị số là hằng, cells chứa giá trị số từ công thức, giá trị số từ liên kết đến sheet khác, giá trị số liên kết đến bảng tính khác, công thức liên kết đến bảng tính khác, công thức liên kết đến sheet khác.

Criteria to select cells by their format:

Các điều kiện chọn bằng định dạng:

- cell color, font color, font name, font size, bold cells, not bold cells, underlined cells, not underlined cells, italic cells, not italic cells, strikethrough, has hyperlink, has comment

Màu cell, màu font, tên font, cỡ font, font chữ đậm, font chữ không đậm, font chữ gạch dưới, font chữ không gạch dưới, font chữ nghiệng, font chữ không nghiêng, font chữ gạch ngang, cells chứa link liên kết, cells có chú thích.

Remark: - Ghi chú:

This utility will not select cells that are formatted using conditional formatting

Tiện ích này không chọn được cells định dạng bởi định dạng có điều kiện.

VI. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Conditional row and column select, hide or delete...-
Chọn dòng, cột có điều kiện, dấu hoặc xoá dòng, cột.

Conditionally select, hide or delete entire rows or columns with a specified value, duplicate rows or columns, or empty rows or columns.
You can also use it to remove completely empty rows.

Chọn có điều kiện, dấu hoặc xoá nguyên dòng, nguyên cột với 1giá trị đặc biệt, dòng hoặc cột có chứa dữ liệu trùng, hoặc dòng trống ,cột trống.

Bạn cũng có thể sử dụng để xoá các dòng trống

Criteria to select, hide or delete:
- between
- not between
- equal to
- not equal to
- greater than
- less than
- greater than or equal to
- less than or equal to
- like (text)
- not like (text)
- duplicate values (if you choose to delete, the row/column with first value will be kept).
- unique values (performs action on all values that only appear once).
- empty cells
- completely empty rows
- odd rows/columns
- even rows/columns
- every n'th row/column number

Điều kiện chọn, dấu hoặc xoá:
- Trong khoảng
- Nằm ngoài khoảng,
- bằng với
- Không bằng
- Lớn hơn
- nhỏ hơn
- Lớn hơn hay bằng,
- Nhỏ hơn hoặc bằng
- Giống (text)
- Không giống
- Giá trị trùng (nếu chọn xoá , dòng hoặc cột có số liệu trùng thấy trước sẽ được giữ lại
- Giá trị duy nhất (xử lỳ mọi giá trị chỉ xuất hiện 1 lần)
- Cells trống
- Dòng trống toàn bộ
- Dòng, cột chẵn
- Dòng, cột lẻ
- Mọi dòng, cột có tứ tự là n

Remark: - Ghi chú

This utility will not (yet) select cells that are formatted using conditional formatting

Chọn các cell liền kề phía dưới có cùng giá trị.

Select all adjacent cells below your selected cells that have the same value as your selected cell

Chọn mọi cell kề dưới cell hiện hành có cùng giá trị ở cell hiện hành

This utility used to be called "Select cells in column with same value (below active cell)"

Công cụ này còn được gọi là “ Chọn cells trong cùng cột và cùng giá trị (bên dưới cell hiện hành)

Chọn các cell trong cột có cùng giá trị.

Select all adjacent cells above and below your selected cell, that have the same value as your selected cell (group).

Mở rộng vùng chọn đến dòng cuối dữ liệu

Expand your selected range to the last row used on your sheet. Useful when you want to copy a formula down to the last row.

Mở rộng vùng chọn đến dòng cuối có chứa dữ liệu. Công cụ này hữu ích cho bạn khi muốn copy công thức xuống đến dòng cuối cùng.

By default this utility can be used with the shortcut Control+Alt+L.

Select the cell in a selected range, where the value changes.
Chọn 1 cell trong vùng chọn, cell đó có giá trị khác so với phần còn lại của vùng


This is helpful when dealing with a huge amount of same values and you want to "jump" down to the cell where the value changes.
Công cụ này hữu ích khi thực thi với 1 vùng dữ liệu lớn có giá trị như nhau và muốn nhảy ngay vào cell có giá trị khác.

12. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Select cell with smallest number

Select the cell with the smallest number in your selected range.
It uses the =MIN() function to determine the smallest value and then selects that particular cell.
If there are more cells that have the same minimum value, only the first cell is selected.

Chọn cell có giá trị số nhỏ nhất trong vùng chọn.
Nó sử dụng hàm MIN() để xác định giá trị nhỏ nhất, sau đó tìm cell có giá trị này.
Nếu có nhiều cell có cùng 1 giá trị nhỏ nhất nói trên, chỉ cell đầu tiên được chọn.

13. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Select cell with largest number

Select the cell with the largest number in your selected range.
It uses the max function to determine the largest value and then selects that particular cell.
If there are more cells that have the same maximum value, only the first cell is selected.
This utility use to be called "Select cell with maximum value"

Chọn cell với giá trị lớn nhất trong vùng chọn.
Nó sử dụng hàm MAX() để xác định giá trị lớn nhất, sau đó chọn vào cell có giá trị đó.
Nếu có nhiều cell có cùng 1 giá trị lớn nhất nói trên, chỉ cell đầu tiên được chọn.
Tiện ích này trước đây gọi là “ Chọn cell với giá trị tối đa”

14. ASAP Utilities menu
Select » Select all cells with an error
Select all cells that produce an error in the formula, like #N/A, #VALUE! etc.
If you want to hide these errors, read the information about our "Custom formula error message" utility in our User Guide.

Chọn mọi cell có hiển thị giá trị lỗi trong công thức, như #N/A, #VALUE!, v.v…
Nếu bạn muốn dấu những hiển thị lỗi, đọc thông tin về mục “Tự đưa hiển thị lỗi theo ý muốn” trong phần khác của ASAP.

Quickly select all sheets.
This can also be done in Excel by right clicking on a sheet-tab. The advantage of having it in ASAP Utilities is that you can now assign your own shortcut to this action.
