Nhờ tìm nguyên nhân xuất hiện lỗi "Unable to Monitor" khi in trong Excel

Mình đang print một file excel thì xuất hiện lỗi này. Ai bít hướng dẫn dùm mình với nha! hix.hix..thanks rất nhiều!

Lỗi báo như zầy nè:

Unable to monitor
Error cause by:

• Specified address is incorrect
• Printer is off
• Printer agent is not active

If cause 1, check printer list in “ Preferences”- “Printer List”
If cause 2 or 3, check printer and settings.

Sau khi mình add port thi nó ok. Vậy nguyên nhân do j vậy?
